Sometimes we need to slow down to allow things to move and accelerate.
Yin yoga is a slow-moving practice that is grounding and connective to breath, body and ultimately...the present moment.
Postures are done on the floor and held for 3-5 minutes. In this class, you will also be introduced to energetic tools to use on and off the mat to allow a deep release and restoration.
I'll open the class zoom room 10 minutes before and after the practice for a little time to connect beyond the class.
