What is Pilates?
Pilates is a method of movement and exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. My aim is to bring positivity and fun to Pilates. To be inclusive of all abilities and bodies.
And to provide a safe environment for you to move your body!
