Share and Learn session Registration (Laughter Yoga)
We are looking forward to seeing you at our next Share and Learn session. This week we will be joined by Jaycee La Bouche for a fun workshop with laughter exercises, breathing techniques, gentle movement, and visualization. Laughter reduces stress, boosts the mood, improves energy levels, encourages confidence, while also breaks down language barriers. Places will be limited to 20 participants.
