Reform Payment Systems to Drive High Quality Holistic Maternal Infant Health Care

During this session we will focus on:
• Aligning program payment with maternal-infant health (“MIH”) quality goals to drive sustainable improvement; and
• Scaling existing care models focused on the continuum of integrated care across the perinatal period, including the NJ FamilyCare Perinatal Episode of Care, HealthySteps, CenteringPregnancy and CenteringParenting.
