Everyone is welcome. A slow moving posture class to mobilize joints, and strengthen and stretch the body to leave you feeling lighter and relaxed. Explore your body’s alignment through a variety of standing, seated and lying down poses, as well as breathing and meditation techniques. Many modifications are offered to help you connect deeply with your body, mind and spirit. You are welcome to turn your video off to practice.
Classes are $12 for one or $50 for 5 (no expiry) payable via etransfer to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you register for a class, you will also have access to the recording of class for 48 hours to either make up a class you couldn't catch live, or do over a few times more as desired.
