Session 1: Experiencing Anger, MAY 2
The introductory section includes three worksheets designed to help learners differentiate angry emotions from angry behaviors. Specific exercises illustrate ways that people may internalize anger or express it through aggressive behavior.
Session 2: Anger in Our Lives, MAY 9
Exercises in this section help learners recognize how anger affects them physically and examine how their early life experiences influence their current expressions of anger. Specific worksheets on levels of anger and consequences help learners determine whether their feelings correspond to their actions when they're upset and explore the impact of their anger on different areas of their lives.
Session 3: Facing Our Anger, MAY 16
This section helps learners recognize the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Worksheets on core beliefs and distorted thinking are intended to help learners identify and challenge their destructive thought patterns.
