In this hour, you’ll reflect on your own life, and find opportunities to transform unconscious habits into conscious moments of connection. By the end of this session, you should have ideas for one more more ritual practices to incorporate in your existing routine.
Please bring an unlit candle and lighter, as well as a notebook or journal and something you enjoy writing with. Digital is fine if that's your preferred medium.
