Wednesday Movement & Meditation

Gentle movement and therapeutic stretching with a meditative mind can do wonders for the body, mind and heart. In this weekly class we will explore various techniques and practices from Ayurveda, Yoga and Massage. Props suggested to have on hand- bolster, blocks, a blanket or 2 and a strap.

You can choose to attend one or more of the following sessions.
