We've heard that fiber is good for us. But what is it exactly, and why is it so good for our health? Join us and find out, and discover creative and even delicious ways to increase the fiber in your diet.

October 10: So Many Diets!
There are a lot of diets out there - let’s discuss a few of them. You will find that some, despite being very well-known and having devoted followings, are problematic and really unhealthful. Others are not so bad. Join us and learn how to evaluate them for yourself.

November 14: Healthy Holiday Eating
The goal for this class is to learn eating strategies to get from Halloween to New Year's Eve, and enjoy every holiday in-between, feeling great and eating well.

Presented by Judy Palken, a registered dietitian, who provides the information and guidance to help you make effective and healthful dietary changes.
