Qigong consists of simple mindful movements coordinated with relaxed focus and the awareness of energy. Taijiquan is form of meditative movement which enhances lower body strength, flexibility, balance, and bone density among many other benefits. Taijiquan looks like slow-motion kungfu but the mindset is peaceful, balanced, and centered.
