April Book Discussion

The next gathering of the Sisterhood Book Discussion Group will be on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 7:00PM when we will discuss Squirrel Hill: The Tree of Life Shooting and the Soul of a Neighborhood by Mark Oppenheimer.

The author has written a poignant book about the October 27, 2018 massacre of eleven Jews worshipping at the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh. It is described by James Martin as “the remarkable, inspiring, and beautifully told story about community, struggle, faith, hope and love.” New members are welcome.
