Online Donation Based Yoga Nidra with Erin
Yoga nidra is a sleep based meditation. It's meditation made easy and combines the benefits of meditation, intention and deep relaxation. Anyone can do it and 1 session is as restorative as 3 hours of sleep.

Please log in to zoom at 8.25pm so you can set up and be ready to start at 8.30pm. Sessions run for 45 minutes.
If it's your first time, arriving early will allow time for me to advise you how to set up and answer any questions before we begin.

You will need:
~ A cozy space in your house where you will be undisturbed and can lie down whether on the floor, your bed or recline in a comfortable chair
~ A warm blanket to cover yourself
~ A pillow, folded towel or cushion to place under your head
~ A bolster or cushion to place under the back of your knees (optional but really nice and supportive for the lower back)
~ Warm comfortable clothes - PJs are optional but oh so comfy!
~ You might like to use an eye pillow or light scarf to cover over your eyes
