{Free Class Tuesday's} Total Body Workout With Coach Ireyna
Join me for a total body workout that going to tone your muscles, challenge your core, and maximize your calorie burn!

HOW TO GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR CLASS
-Have a light snack 30-60 minutes prior (ex: apple with peanut butter, fruit, and yogurt, granola bar)
- Have protein after class.
- Drink plenty of water before, during, and after class.
-Stretch as often as needed.

WHAT TO BRING?
A towel to wipe off all that sweat!
A set of light and or medium-sized dumbbells ( various household items are a great substitute for dumbbells such as; water bottles filled with sand) Water
A yoga mat for floor work
High energy
A positive attitude!
