The onset of the COVID pandemic has brought new challenges and changes to all of our lives, one of them is the increase in sitting/ computer work most of us are having to endure. This time sitting in front of a screen hour after hour is bring new challenges to your body and adding tremendous stress to the muscular system that is tasked with holding you up.
I would like to share some simple guidance and techniques to address and alleviate the stress and strain we are now putting on our bodies.
