Yoga Nidra (2nd Monday of the Month - 8pm)

This inspired meditation practice will awaken your whole being, allowing you to enjoy life fully.

There is nothing required of you but to lie down and listen.

What you need:
- Yoga mat
- Blanket(s)
- Blocks or Bolster to put under thighs
- Eye Pillow (Washcloth to put over eyes)
- Relaxing/Quite place to lay down
- Class is 45-55 minutes

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that has the power to transform, heal and rejuvenate you at core levels. Through the use of body sensing, breath awareness, guided imagery and other practices, you are systematically guided on a meditation journey through each level of your whole being called the koshas.
