Ba Duan Jin Qigong Bootcamp
Please allow for a full hour on the first two days of class. The remainder of the classes will be 45-50 min. long.

Ba Duan Jin Qigong is a traditional Chinese health and fitness routine that has been practiced since the Song Dynasty (960-1279). There are many variations to this practice. The version taught in this class is one that has been compiled by the Chinese Health Qigong Association as part of its Chinese Health Qigong series.

Each day covers a different move of an 8 move set. Attending all 10 classes is highly recommended.
