Qigong (pronounced chi kung) is an ancient Chinese form of exercise that is similar to tai chi. You will be introduced to the 18 Lohan Hands — a fluid, dance-like moving meditation handed down from the Shaolin Temple. Qigong helps reduce stress and anxiety, increases strength and flexibility and lifts your spirit! Please have a mat and water with you. Zoom Classes will meet on Tuesdays from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm starting on July 7th.
