Feet, Legs + Foundations Online Class
In this class we are setting the foundation for our yoga poses and for how we walk, stand and move through the world. The new calendar year is a great time to revisit this as well as postural basics. We'll take a modern and flexible (i.e. personalized) alignment approach as we deeply stretch the feet and legs. Just for good measure, we’ll throw in some myofascial release too.
