What is Happening With SCI Data: How Spinal Cord Injury Data Supports Research and Changes in Care in Canada!
Join us to find out how Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) data is being used to support research and changes in care!

The Rick Hansen Spinal Cord Injury Registry (RHSCIR) is a study that is run by the Praxis Spinal Cord Institute, which is a Canadian-based not-for-profit organization. RHSCIR is a prospective observational study, which means that all data is collected from participants without the use of any medical interventions or therapies—it simply tracks people over the course of their SCI care!

The purpose of this public meeting is to showcase how RHSCIR data is being applied in the real world, and provide perspectives on how databases such as this can help to support research, technology development, and improved standards of care in the field of SCI.

• Introductions & background of the Rick Hansen Spinal Cord Injury Registry (RHSCIR)
• RHSCIR project showcase
• How RHSCIR data is being used to support various projects
• Future directions of RHSCIR
