Turn the Pedals (Cycling and Fitness Hour) - Monday's at 5:30pm
Join us over lunch, or to end your day as we turn the pedals. A virtual cycling class that can be done on a trainer, or on the trails. Get a nice workout in while enjoying some great conversation. Don’t have a bike/trainer? Walk, push, run, roll or just MOVE any way you can with us!
