This is a unique opportunity to better understand the history of inequities in Oregon and build cross-cultural competency so we can better support community needs.

Goals of this course include:

-Building shared definitions of key terms such as: people of color/BIPOC; race; racism; interpersonal racism.
-Ability to name at least four events related to racism in Oregon & US history that shape our current environment.
