Just 10 minutes can help avoid blood sugar spikes and in return help regulate your mood and even help prevent and manage more serious health conditions like type 2 diabetes. What we eat on any given day has a major impact on our health and how we feel physically and mentally, Making good food choices isn't always easy but there are some tricks you can use to help your body better digest and utilize what you eat so it isn't simply stored as fat or having a negative impact on your health. Join us to learn more about how you can use movement and exercise to aid your body in utilizing the food you eat as fuel and nourishment.
