Some Centres are considering moving to a case management system (CMS) other than CLASS for day-to-day operations.
This webinar will provide a high-level review and guidance on:
The main case management systems that are currently available on the market,
the extent to which these systems meet the case management needs of a Centre, and;
the sorts of questions and issues Centres should consider when selecting a product.
The webinar content will be based on the CMS Review conducted by CLCs Australia.
The first session is limited to CLCs and FVPLSs.
