Work on your flexibility of your pelvis and improve the functionality of your pelvic floor. No previous Feldenkrais experience necessary.
I recommend to use a blanket or a yoga mat and to have a few towels at hand for further support. Otherwise bring your curiosity and warm clothing.
These four classes will build onto each other and will involve movement explorations in different orientations on the floor.
After each online class you're invited to have a little social interaction to share your experiences and to ask some questions.
To enhance the learning the audio recordings will be available for download 48 hours later so the learning can continue afterwards.
