Mindfulness Practice for Compassion & Wisdom with Robyn - (9am EST)
If you want others to be happy, practice compassion. If you want to be happy, practice compassion. -Dalai Lama

When we are mindful of our struggles, and respond to ourselves with compassion, kindness, and support in times of difficulty, things start to change. We can learn to embrace ourselves and our lives, despite inner and outer imperfections, and provide ourselves with the strength needed to thrive.

Mindfulness of others helps us to be more present in our interactions with others in order to help build new relationships and strengthen existing ones.

This class is for anyone who is interested in learning how to be mindful as well as those who are interested in giving rise to compassion and extending it to self and others.

Mindfulness is the practice of purposely focusing your attention on the present moment—and accepting it without judgment.
Practicing mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.
