Kid's Yoga, Ages 6-10
Children are provided with the opportunity to develop not only physical strength but also greater emotional stability and a strong sense of self. They will move through yoga poses, play yoga game and release energy while working on focus, balance and concentration. We will introduce breath work throughout the class to teach them how to calm their minds and bodies.
