- Opportunity Zones and more.
Online Class Requirements
You must test your camera and audio connection before class. Appearing and remaining on camera for the duration of the class is mandatory to receive credit per the Iowa Real Estate Commission. A staff host will be present to observe attendance for the instructor.
If you are off camera for any duration of the class, you will be removed from class and unable to receive credit.
We recommend joining 20 minutes before the start of class, this will give you time to test your audio connection and camera, you will also have time to send any questions to the meeting host.
Please note that all participant microphones will be muted while class is in session, if you have a question at any time during class, please open the chat and send that question directly to the meeting host, do not unmute your microphone unless instructed to do so.
Registration beforehand is required. Once the class has begun, no one is permitted to enter the class.
If you get disconnected for any reason while class is in session, stay calm, follow the same protocol as joining to get back into the class as soon as possible.
Once you return, send a chat to the host explaining what happened and how long you were away.
