This class will help you to understand yourself and develop the tools of greater confidence and self-expression.
I use the wisdom of ayurveda, yoga and life coaching in my mind-body-heart approach to confidence.
We cover these topics:
* Where your quiet comes from
* Self-care for courageous communication
* Handling other people's reactions
* Create an action plan for courageous communication
We meet via Zoom. You are welcome to join with video if you're feeling extroverted, or just use the chat to ask questions.
