Adaptive Athlete HIIT Training (Tues and Thurs)
The High Intensity Interval Training exercise series is for athletes that would like to challenge their bodies and get into shape. HIIT will keep your heart pumping though a series of exercises with little or no rest. Exercises will utilize body weight and various household items for this virtual class. This class will challenge individuals that strive to gain that physical advantage for competition.

The content of this video is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease, nor is it a substitute for medical care. Please consult with your physician prior to beginning any form of exercise. If any time you are noticing physical, mental, or emotional discomfort associated with this practice, please discontinue and consult your physician. HIIT is a very intensive exercise program for individuals with a workout background and knowledge.
