In 2017, Eli Lilly and Company gathered unprecedented data from more than 5,000 employees to uncover the enablers and perceived challenges of minority employees in the company. And when the company decided to share this information to effect change and deepen a culture of inclusion through the learnings, it turned to storytelling as its primary tool.

Join us for a Shoff Chat with special guest Ileana Monts de Oca, who helped guide the company on its storytelling journey and saw firsthand the impact it had on the company’s diversity and inclusion efforts. She’ll be joined by Borshoff creative director Ryan Noel and senior writer Colin Dullaghan, who have helped Lilly and other clients bring data to life to tell impactful stories that create change and connect people in meaningful ways.
