Do you wish you had more positive emotions in your life? Then join us for a gratitude meditation. Research suggests that if we regularly practice positive emotions, such as gratitude, then it will be easier for us to recover from the daily hassles of life. In this meditation we will use the 5 senses to help cultivate gratitude.
