Yoga (60 Minutes) with Katie Nesbitt
This 60-minute Yoga Class will focus on opening & strengthening the body, techniques to calm your nervous system, all while creating greater focus and balance to your mind. This class is appropriate for new and experienced yogis. It will include gentle yoga sequences and breath-based flows to create a meditation in movement, holding postures for greater strength and flexibility, and will include variations and modifications to postures to suit your specific needs.
