Artist INC Express Workshop - Kansas (March 2023)

Artist INC Express is a virtual weekend intensive workshop designed to address the specific professional and entrepreneurial challenges that artists of all disciplines face in their practices.

Mid-America Arts Alliance, in partnership with the Kansas Creative Arts Industries Commission, will present the Artist INC Express workshop for creatives across the state of Kansas. Led by artist peer facilitators, the workshop is highly interactive and includes activities and discussions focused on goal setting, writing about your work, and building a personal brand – the building blocks for a sustainable art practice and a successful arts business. Artist INC Express immediately activates a network of artists in their community leading to additional peer to peer resource sharing and support long after the workshop concludes.

The workshop is free to all Kansas artists and creatives. Registration is required.

Workshop Dates:
Friday, March 3, 2023, 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Saturday, March 4, 2023, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Sunday, March 5, 2023, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
** By registering for this workshop, you are committing to all three sessions of the workshop.

Registration Deadline and Requirements:
PRIORITY REGISTRATION ends Friday, February 24, 2023, at midnight. You will receive an Artist INC Express Workbook Package in the mail if you signed up by before the Priority Registration Deadline.
After priority registration, participants will receive a digital PDF version of the Artist INC Express Workbook via email.

Participants must be at least 18 years old.
