M&Ms for the Soul (Tuesdays)

Join Dr. Lezlie Laws for one hour each month as she leads caregivers through this stress reducing, health increasing, monthly workshop. Learn to move your body more and increase mindfulness in every day life.

M&Ms for the Soul is held on the first Monday and the fourth Tuesday of each month. This registration link is for the Tuesday meetings. Meeting links are updated quarterly, so participants will need to register every 3 months.
