Thursdays 8:00am TrueForm Moderate Yoga w/ Erin
A creative flow of poses coordinated with breath at a moderate pace. Class is designed to strengthen the body, increase flexibility, improve balance, and calm the mind. Variations and modifications offered to increase endurance, balance, and coordination. Open to all levels, no experience required.
What props you need for class:
A yoga mat, stretch strap (or tie), blanket, and optional eye pillow (face cloth).
