Nov 30, starting at 3:45 (zoom and in person)
This virtual or in-person meeting will introduce the exciting new changes at the Math Science Nucleus as we renovate the Children's Natural History Museum (CNHM) on 4074 Eggers Drive and begin developing a larger museum at the original site of the first Ice Age Fossils found in California in the Irvington District. CNHM will remain at its present location with major renovations. We will discuss stipend and volunteer positions that we will have available for teachers in FUSD to be involved in curriculum development (in class, virtual and at museum). You can sign up for zoom or you can come to the CNHM (4074 Eggers Drive, Fremont, classroom). We are looking for people who can help with science curriculum/lesson plans revolving about the museum. Elementary and Secondary teachers are welcomed. If you want more information on the museum (or the Math Science Nucleus in general) go to our website (http://msnucleus.org and click on Children's Natural History Museum). We do have a virtual tour of the museum exhibits. Math Science Nucleus has been involved with FUSD since 1982. If you have specific questions, please email Joyce Blueford at email@example.com
You will get a reminder and the zoom link about 2 days before for the zoom portion. Registration is required to get zoom link.
