Plant Sanctuary Dreamers Meetup with Mimi Hernandez & Penelope Beaudrow

Calling all Land Tenders! Do you dream of Establishing a United Plant Savers Sanctuary? Join the conversation with Penelope Beaudrow & Mimi Hernandez , a new landowner, who is learning the process of tending to the land with the goal of becoming a UPS Sanctuary steward. Let’s compare notes and support each other!

Penelope Beaudrow will be joining us as a co-host for this meetup. Penelope has been rewilding her farm for over thirty years and became a UPS member many years ago. A passionate educator, teaching the Ginkgo Tree Herbal Course and creating a new educational project on endangered plants. She has created a short film about working with endangered Native plants. Penelope is also a registered herbalist.

The United Plant Savers Botanical Network is dedicated to helping members create botanical sanctuaries on the land they live on. These Sanctuaries serve as repositories of at-risk native medicinal plants as well as educational and research centers helping to raise public awareness of ‘At-Risk’ native medicinal plants. They are also established purely as places of beauty and refuge.
