Join us for our Mindset Learning Circle with Margaret Fletcher. You can tune in to our session with Margaret, who will summarize key points from the Mindset module and answer any questions you might have.
The Learning Circle is meant to be interactive. As you go through the module, please use these questions for discussion:
- You learned about many benefits of mindfulness training. Were there any that surprised you?
- How can mindfulness benefit you in your current life situation? For example, with your diet, when having a heated discussion, or when trying to kick a habit.
- Which of the Five Mindset Keys will be easiest for you to practice, and which will be the hardest?
If you have your own questions about the Mindset module, feel free to submit them below upon registering--or you can ask them during the Q&A portion of the Learning Circle.
