Financial Planning for Your Small Business 3-Session Series 12-1 PM
It’s the 4th quarter of 2020 - It's been a crazy year and we all want to be set up for a healthy & profitable 2021!

Let’s dedicate these 3 interactive sessions to creating a set of financial projections that you can use to manage your business. This workshop is relevant for existing businesses as well as start-ups.

Join us From Tuesday, October 6th to Thursday October 8th, 2020 12-1pm EST for our 3-Session Series "Financial Planning for Your Small Business."

In this live webinar series, Christine Sullivan, HAYVN Advisory Board Member and CT Small Business Development Center (CTSBDC) Consultant, will take you through:

- Tuesday 10/6: Overview of the Projections Process. We will review the three main financial statements used to manage your business and introduce the process of creating a strong set of projections.
- Wednesday 10/7: Focus on Revenues. We will discuss your revenue model, cost of goods sold and growth strategies.
- Thursday 10/8: Focus on Staffing & Overhead Expenses. We will discuss staffing strategies and review budgets for overhead & administrative expenses.

At the end of the 3 sessions, you will leave with a set of three-year financial projections that you can use to obtain financing, or by which you can better manage your business.
