The Memory & Aging Program™ is for anyone interested in learning about memory changes that may occur with age. We discuss how memory works and ways to keep the brain healthy We focus on strategies to improve everyday memory performance.

This well designed, evidence-based program was developed at Baycrest Hospital in Toronto. We are pleased to offer it in Huron County.
