About Your FitPro: Soozie Kinstler
Soozie’s journey inward began in 99’ when she took a Mind/Body /Health course at a community college. The teacher gave her meditation cassettes and challenged the students to give up something they felt like they couldn’t live without. The practice of discipline, self-awareness, and self-reflection intrigued her immediately. Soozie found yoga in ‘04, she enjoyed how the physical challenge of the practice that helped her build confidence and believe in herself, and how the spiritual component showed her how to live in a mindful, contemplative heart.

As a teacher, Soozie recognizes, the good and potential in her students. She teaches from a place of compassion, playfulness, appreciation, and beauty. Her experience is in Ashtanga, yin, restorative, and meditation. She has a passion for connecting with people and creating a community through yoga philosophy, mantra, spirituality, meditation, health, energy healing and wellness.
