Pre and Postnatal Yoga; Tues 10 am
If you are pregnant or postnatal, this gentle class of moving and breathing is for you. We will go through a number of sequences to strengthen the pelvic floor and alleviate some of the common aches and pains associated with pregnancy and post-birth.

If you have a bolster, a block or two, or a blanket, please keep them nearby as we may use them in class.

Your babies are welcome, older children and toddlers are welcome as well as those who simply wish for a gentle class that focuses on abdominals and core work.
You can choose to attend one or more of the following sessions.
