Invite yourself to stay engaged with the body through a gentle flow and plant-guided meditation with herbalist and yoga teacher Marisa Hall. This class will begin with an invitation to curate and set up your space for a grounding meditation and self-reiki, followed by a bit of more active and playful movement. Class will close with a meditation. Marisa will offer recommendations for plants to incorporate for more easeful days and continued embodiment practice. A yoga mat is encouraged, but not required. No prior experience (with yoga or plant medicine) necessary.
