This session is a yoga class to help relieve stress that is stored in the body on a physiological level. This class is designed to assist with releasing tension, open the hips and mobilize the lower body, as this is often where we hold stress - our hips! If you sit all day, this class is PERFECT for you!
This class is accessible for all ages and levels. Please have a yoga mat or place in your home to practice, one block (or hardcover book), water, two pillows and a blanket.
