Happy Healthy Gut (Session 2) - February 11th:
This module highlights foods that support a healthy microbiome for GI health and how that translates to cancer prevention and treatment. We will discuss probiotics, prebiotics, and fiber intake to fuel a happy healthy gut.
Building a Healthy Kitchen I (Session 3) - February 25th:
This module discusses setting your environment up for success and stocking healthy kitchen zones such as the pantry, freezer, and refrigerator. Participants build confidence on how to fill a healthy grocery cart to prepare healthy meals at home.
