Sharing Power Sharing Leadership Event 1

Join Feminist Hiking Collective and Closer Than You Think for a special event.

This event looks deeper at two projects recently launched on shared leadership:

*The From me to we map and stories is an initiative of the Feminist Hiking Collective and Srilatha Batliwala that aims to interweave insights from practices of collective feminist leadership through an open call for submissions.

*Mosaics and Mirrors is a mixed-media collection of research, toolbox, and oracle card deck. Created by Ruby Johnson and Devi Leiper O’Malley of Closer Than You Think, this project aims to support the practice of feminist co-leadership.

The event will include:

Speakers from different parts of the world currently practicing shared leadership.

Insights from the project teams on the patterns and insights they have gained from their respective research.

A look at the Global Map of Shared Leadership and a Demonstration of the Oracle Card Deck in action! This Card Deck is inspired by co-leaders but can be used by any leader sharing power with collaborators.
