Spring Elevenses 2023 - 15 minutes of mindfulness to make your day more productive
'Elevenses' is an interactive wellbeing webinar that will help you switch your focus to the here and now. Find a break from the endless news cycles and social feeds and set yourself up for a productive week.

In this programme, we'll dedicate time to help up-skill participants and be more productive in their working week. As well as guided mindfulness activities, there will now be sessions devoted to Exercise Snacking. Understand the physiology behind movements and why good practice is essential in keeping moving and sustainable exercise.
