Green Jobs for All - local data briefing call

Come along to this to call if you want to get involved in a organising action in your local area to call on your MP and the government for Green Jobs for All!

All around us we can see people losing their jobs, hours or pay and having to live on Universal Credit which is not enough to get by. People want to work but the jobs don’t exist.

Yet, there is so much work that needs to be done. From jobs which prepare us for winter and lower our bills like insulating houses and to jobs that tackle climate change like building wind and solar energy to key worker jobs which keep our communities strong and healthy like caring, healthcare and teaching.

So, as the next part of Build Back Better, Green New Deal UK are launching 'Green Jobs for All' - a campaign push to pressure the government to create the jobs that people need.

As part of Green Jobs for All, we will be releasing constituency level data which will tell you how many green jobs could be created in your constituency and we need you to make a big splash locally with these figures in March and April 2020!

Whoever you are, whether you have never campaigned before, this is a really exciting action to get involved with so come along to this call to find out more!
