If you or a loved one are experiencing mental health challenges, this ministry offers a safe and hope-filled environment with Biblically-based education, the support of people who can relate to your experiences and proven evidenced-based training.
There are three arms to the ministry:
• Education - With learning opportunities through topic discussions, presentations and speakers, we help reduce the stigma within self, families, ministries and communities.
• Support - If you or your loved one is experiencing mental health challenges, come receive support along with others who can understand and relate with your experiences.
• Training - Through classes, workshops, and seminars, you will be equipped with skills and resources needed to assist, serve and minister to those experiencing mental health challenges.
If you or someone you know is in a crisis, having suicidal thoughts or having a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately, call 1-800-273-TALK (8255) (i.e., National Suicide Prevention Lifeline) to talk to a skilled, trained counselor at a crisis center in your area at any time or go to your nearest emergency room.
