Climate Tech Pre-accelerator Information Session

The Climate Tech Pre-Accelerator, run jointly by Mtech Ventures and MEIA, is an opportunity for faculty, students, and researchers at any Maryland-based institution or federal laboratory to explore the potential markets for their inventions. The Pre-Accelerator targets technologies that have been demonstrated in laboratory environments (TRL 1,2,3), but where the market application is unclear. The Pre-Accelerator helps answer the question, "Can this technology be turned into a business?"

Applications will be due April 30th. Notifications will be made by May 14th. The program runs from June 2nd through August 3rd. Each participant should dedicate about 5 hours of work per week to the program.

The purpose of this webinar is to provide additional information and answer questions from those interested in the program.
